CELC scoring policy change

Effective as of the May 2015 administration, the requirement to score at least 12 on each of the 4 sections will be dropped for CELC only. All candidates with a total CELC score of at least 60 will pass.



This new policy applies only to the CELC and not to the CELP. The CELP policy remains the same: Passing the CELP requires a total score of at least 60 and the additional condition that none of the 4 sub-scores is below 12 unless the total score is 70 or more.
