Some kids simply do not like school. Many kids actually hate school. There are all sorts of reasons for their dislike of school. Sometimes a child’s hatred for school can be solved by simply finding the underlying cause of why he dislikes school in the first place. They will not always tell you why the first, second, or even third time you ask if you say.
What makes special education special? This is a question that sometimes can make a person into thinking for a good reason why special education was created. Special Education is just a branch in education but it is very broad. It encompasses almost all areas that the student is engaged in. It takes into account the totality of the individual learner not only the cognitive part.

We teachers have been hearing for years about “differentiated instruction.” It makes sense to treat individuals differently, and to adapt communication toward what works for them. Some kids you can joke with, and some you cannot. Some need more explanation, while others need little or none. If you consider students as individuals (and especially if you have a reasonable class size), you can better meet their needs.
