COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Course/Workshop will discuss and examine EFL school's Learning Cycles, as well as the present forms of assessment and feedback being used and the ways learners and their parents are being advised and informed
During the three 3-hr sessions, we will establish the principles of ongoing evaluation and feedback to learners and parents in terms of a learner's progress as regards can do's in language skills, personality and social development as well as the rationale for adopting/developing a new type of progress reports which will reflect a learner's holistic profile and the school's efforts and work in formulating it
The Course will conclude with the participants designing drafts of their new progress reports and with suggestions on ways to present the new reports to the learners and their parents
