Thousands of European citizens marched in several cities of the continent on Saturday afternoon in solidarity to the Greek people demanding an end to the austerity measures imposed on Greece.
More than 2,000 people gathered in Paris, at the Trocadero Square and marched to the Greek embassy.
In London, despite the rainfall, some 400 protesters gathered outside the Greek embassy and set a new date for another rally next Saturday.
In Berlin the gathering took place outside the Greek consulate at the Wittenberg Square.
There were also rallies in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Cologne, Copenhagen, Dublin, Lisbon, Stockholm as well as Nicosia.
There are also two rallies planned in New York, at 2 p.m. local time.
