The 1st Gaming Forum 2012 is held in collaboration with the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, Athens Plaython and IEEE Student Branch of the University of Patra.
The 1st Gaming Forum 2012 is envisaged to become an annual networking and information sharing event aimed at discussing trends in game design and its applications in entertainment, education and marketing; analyzing the business of gaming and creating a game development community
The 1st Gaming Forum will be a one-day event, in 27th April 2012, comprised of two parts:
a) the Gaming Convention: a networking and information sharing event which aims to bring together the academia and industry to discuss various topics related to the concepts of gaming and gamification: from industry trends to applications in areas such as education, marketing, branding and audience engagement..
the Gaming Contest: which aims at bringing together game enthusiasts and game developers, in order to facilitate the creation of highly innovative game ideas and working game prototypes.Submission now open!!
